drub
Ubuntu 9.04Firefox 3.0.13Konqueror 4.2.2Epiphany 2.26.1Verified that javascript is enabled in each browser. In each case, Prestashop still displays This application need you to activate Javascript to correctly work. It seems quite unlikely that it is a browser issue, since 3 browsers all show identical results, each with javascript enabled.Any ideas?
drub
Damned odd, I'd say ...Reading another post on this site ... http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/4965/installation_configuration___upgrade/i_have_proplem_with_install__They said they just re-copied the files. What the heck? Worth a try. Did the copy. The install page now runs as advertised. Go figure. Dunno. No explanation, but it now works. All the best! Raggy786
it could be that one of the files was missed lol i uploaded all the folder but for some reason some files did not upload. So i reuploaded everything again and wala it works.
maze
Deleting and upload again also worked for me... But because it's my own server I just uploaded the zip and ssh'ed in and unzipped it at the server. It's most likely the FTP tranfer of so many files that did'nt work correctly...
