ch mod permissions for folders /admin, /js, /docs, /themes, /tools..etc (Help please)

Hi fellas

Chmod permissions of my all folders in the ftp is recursively 755 for folders and 644 for files.Is it ok or should i change somethings ?

Detailed information :

I set chmod permissions like this ( just like wiki) :

1 ) 755 to (not recursively)

/config,
/upload
/download

2 ) 755 to (recursively)

/img
/mails
/modules
/tools
/themes/prestashop/lang
/translations

Questions :

1 ) Is this configration correct ?

2 ) What is correct chmod settings for themes/prestashop/lang and /tools/smarty/compile folder ?

644 for all /tools folder and its files while only 755 for /tools/smarty/compile folder ?

Likewise, 644 for all /themes folder but only 755 for only themes/prestashop/lang and its sub folders ?

3 ) What is correct ch mod permissions for other folders and files in the ftp such as :

/admin (it is 755 recursively right now) ,(files of admin folder is 644),
/classes (it is 755 right now)
/css (it is 755)
/docs (it is 755)
/js (it is 755 recursively)
/themes ( it is 755 recursively)
/tools ( it is 755 recursively)
/translations ( it is 755 recursively)


Any help would be appreciated !
