No voy al Cpanel, ni al backoffice.

Can anyone help me please? Firstly, I have this problem:

I have my store in cloud, and then one friend mine can put the store ok, with the backup of everything. But now, the images can not appear and I and my frien can't solve this.

The page without images, but backup all ok.

Somebody have idea?!"

ok, I fix th problem, and I change some things in products to know if everything it's ok, but now I have a biiiiiiiig problem.

I canot enter in backoffice, or in cpanel. nothing work. I make the 3 and 4 step. But i do not change the permissions and I do not change friendly URL.

PLEASE, CAN ANYONE HELP ME???

 my friend can put the store like the initial image of the link, but know it is impossible access to any side :'(

You was on Prestashop Cloud ? BTW the link you added is redirecting to facebook, instead to a homepage.
