Hi all PS maniacs

I have just question

If i have already done all thinks on my site & i want now turn on friendly will it work ?

or will pop up table with forbiden,404 or somethink like that?

becouse if i turn on now nothing change

So my question is > Can I turn on Friendly URL´s when my site is already finished will it work?
or I am failed and I must do this at begin when i am creating pages?
