Bakc Office Language Problem

Hi Guys,

I'm new to this and I was wondering if anybody can help me. I have a presta online shop and everything was wonderful until I upgraded, well still pretty nice just for the one problem.

When I receive emails from the site it is in another language. The info entered into the fields are English but the email it self is not. It looks like the shop thinks it's in Germany and its not it's in South Africa.

I tried to create a new default language figured something is not right with the current one but when I enter "en" I get this message "No langage pack available on prestashop.com for this iso code" and I check on the site to download it there is no "en" pack.
