Can´t change modules after update theme

Hi,

 

First of all thank you and sorry about my English 

 

I have a problem with a prestashop and I would appreciate any help. 

 

I tried to update the panda theme from 1.2 version to 1.3 in prestashop 1.6. I copied the theme and modules folders to my prestashop.

 

Now, when I try to change theme version in getting this message --> Property Theme->directory is not valid

 

I also have problem with the nav modules --> I cant change the module of navleft ( Call +001 1234 4321

Help ) and de navright module with user info. (Customlinks and user info modules)

 

Cant anyone help me pleaseeee
