ATOS: error message while payment is accepted

Hi everybody,

Everything is in the title, we have have a website with the official ATOS module developed by prestashop. We have a lot of error with it but one is really annoying.

When the customers pay, they have a error message telling them that there is a problem with their order while their payment has been accepted and the order confirmed in the backoffice.

Does somebody have an idea ? Any help would be appreciated, it really is a problem for us, a lot of customer are afraid by this message.

This kind of problem need hands on investigation. Could be the cause of server settings, 3rd party modules, ... it is necessary to perform some step by step debug.
