kontur
Hey, I'm checking out different e-commerce solutions for a client and Presta looks quite promising. We'd like to add digital downloads (let's say music files) to our store, and I would like to augment the default virtual product description in the backend to have some upload fields to include files that I can use to code the product card (for example, a sample clip of the music file, to use it in a player). How would I go about adding such an augmentation to the backend of the product creation? What I'm looking for is a sort of top-level overview what and how I can hack to make this change, so I can evaluate how long it will take me to implement. Cheers! kontur
To clarify, I am not looking for a solved code type of answer. More like where do I look, do I create a module, can I just hack some files / db schemas, can I somehow plug in to the upload functionality Presta already has, etc.
