Problem with not Localhost database Step 2

Hi I have a problem.

Y try install prestashop and I put the fields of database form.

All is OK; Database name, ID and PASS, but verify not work and not return any error.
I have the last version of Prestashop (1.3.1)

I think the database Server name is the problem.

this is not a Localhost database, but I think Prestashop can work with databases outside local host.
this is correct?

What is my problem??

if its not local host you need to put in the name of your mysql server, and check that it can accept connections from external sites

Yes but i try put the same info in a BD connection soft ( TOAD )
and I can enter on the BD but throught Prestashop I can't
