Virtual Product_ email confirmation link?

HI, I'm new to Prestashop and love it's design.

I am wanting to sell an mp3/zip file from the website.
I have uploaded the file as virtual product - no problem.

Q: When i pay for the file $0.01, i get confirmation of the credit card payment via email from Paypal both as a buyer & seller, but (as a buyer) i don't get an email to say where to download the file from?? or a link to where to download the file from?

Please help?

I am having trouble even getting the zip files to download - I found that one of my mp3's did actually work as a download, not sure why as the others aren't working - but if it is any help the one that did work as a download had a link in the page after you have agreed the terms checkbox - just below the invoice and delivery info, in the product column, try clicking your digital product - should be a lot clearer really.
