Cross-Order Problem PS 1.6.1.6

Good Morning,

In my shop Prestashop (www.sansarushop.com) I have a long-standing cross-order problem, that is, every day I receive 6-10 orders that have the delivery address of the order immediately preceding, and this causes a problem at the time To send the orders. I have observed that it happens when the orders occur very close to each other.

 

Prestashop version: 1.6.1.6

Visa payment module: Redsys v3.0.0 - by REDSYS

Other payment modules: PayPal v3.11.1 - by PrestaShop
