xpindia
Has any body successfully upgraded their working site to 1.7.1.1?
selectshop.at
The answer is simply NO. Stay with PS 1.6. As written before here: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/566115-prestashop-17-is-now-available/page-20?do=findComment&comment=2557396 - you already signed there - several other "old" Prestashop USERS, not only developers, are of the same opinion. The other big problem is this bug here: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/BOOM-3058 and http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/BOOM-3059 - those who knows a little bit about SEO, will see that it is better to don't touch a running shop for now, by upgrading to PS 1.7.X PS 1.7. is a transitional version for PS 1.8. For m feeling PS 1.7. will not real ready for the use in production still end of this year. If you are mounting a new project and accept various bugs on the software, than you probably will take PS 1.7. But there is no need or indication for this.
