Limit Coupon/Cart rule usage to only 50% of cart

Hello,

im using the loyalty rewards module, which generates coupon for every purchase on shop. 

Its actually generating a Cart Rule for a user, which than user can use on the checkout.

 

Is there a way i can limit usage of loyalti rewards/coupons to only 50% of cart?

 

Lets say - i have 200$ coupon, and i need to buy 250$ item, i dont want user to be able to use all 200$, just 50% of the cart - 125$.
