flix Posted May 16, 2017 Share Posted May 16, 2017 (edited) I have a problem with some customers not being able to login to their accounts after a manual upgrade from a very old Prestashop to a 1.6.1.13 store. They're getting an authentication failure when trying to login, saying their password is incorrect (but recognizing that they have an account). When they go to reset their password, it says that no such account exists. When I try manually resetting their password as an admin, it records that the change was successful in the back office, but that new password doesn't work in the front office. The strange thing is this doesn't apply to all customers, but I don't have a solution for those who can't login. Cookie keys are the same, settings.inc.php details all copied over, same admin logins from previous store work fine, it's only the same domain, same database name. Cleared cache many times. Everything else seems to work fine including more recent customer logins. Has anyone experienced this problem? Help appreciated!
