Using a New Theme After Building Site on the Default Theme

Hi everyone,

Just a quick question that I'm hoping will have an easy answer.

I've built my entire site using the Default Prestashop theme. I've made some changes to the code, but not too much.

Now I'm looking into purchasing a new theme to use for my shop.

If I start using a new theme, will it reset all the changes I have made to the default Prestashop theme?

Yes, you'll need to download PrestaShop again so that you can compare your modified theme to the original PrestaShop theme, then make the same changes to the third-party theme.
