Out of stock label in product detail

Hello,

 

does anybody know why on some products which are out of stock there is a label OUT OF STOCK and the field for email, and at some it is nothing?

 

For example:

I'm guessing that on the products that are out of stock and don't have the 'When out of stock' field to Allow orders the label is not shown

 

if they have the  'When out of stock' field to Deny orders the label is shown
