500 error while calling getCartRules()

Hello Everyone,

 

I am working on PS1.6.1.11.

I have override Cart class getDeliveryOptionList() function.

 

Here I am trying to get applied cart rules  so I am calling getCartRules() function of cart class.

Its working fine there if no cart rule having "Free shipping" action.

If any applied cart rule having "Free shipping" option enabled then in front end I am getting 500 error.

 

Any Idea what is the cause of this error and how to remove that?
