Contact Form (example text and show to cms)

Hello

 

How can I insert example text to field message in contact form? But I can show example text only, if I set one of contact e-mail. When I choose others mails, text no shows.

Is there any solution? 

 

And next, I want to show contact form on my cms page, how can I add it? And is there any solution to show only mail with example text and others mails don´t show at all? But in contact form page, mails have to show and work.
