More categories products in homefeatured

Hi to all,

I just wonder if it is possible to assign more than one category id in the module homefeatured. At the moment you can choose only one category (if none, 2 home as default).

Otherwise, where is the sql select the module execute to show the products?

unfortunately no, that's not possible. Only products from one category are displayed, see /modules/homefeatured/homefeatured.php, line 126. An object representing specific category is instantiated and used to retrieve products. 

 

You can, of course, modify module and change the product retrieval logic.
