Hi  , i realy  think if i can change my product combination whit some module or edit some html.

I want to know if i can add some label o sticker in specific product combination.

Exlample 

I have 1 product  the same photo for 3 combinations  but when i  put the four combination this add the stick or label i want.
i search in forum and i dont see anithing like this.

If you mean out of the box, no.
There are some modules that handle labels, though I am not sure they work with combos.
You can try searching for "product labels" here on the addons store
