Google Shoppin IMG not imported

Hi everybody,

I'm actually setting up Google shopping on the website I work on.
Everything is good except for images.

They don't appear (while the path is good and display the image in the browser if you type it), but instead I got "an error occurred during the access to the image" message.

I search on google and see that robots.txt can be the cause to this bug so I modify it to be sure that the access to the image folder is ok, but still nothing.

I also tried to reduce the number of images for a product to one but it also changed nothing.

Did somebody have encounter this problem before and know how to make it work ?
