Adding items to cart via URL?

Hello is it possible to add items in a shopping cart by using an URL?   Indeed, I have developed a calculator which recommends a number of articles & qty according to specific rules.   From my calculator( webpage) I would to redirect the user to my prestashop site to automatically add the items / qty resulting from my calculator in his basket to facilitate the act of purchase.

  Is it possible ? If so, could you tell me how?   Thank you in advance.

But I don't success to  integrate this module.

 

The both parts of the code you provide to me have to be stored in an html file, then I have to replace the value URL_TO_YOUR_CONTROLLER by my prestashop URL site ? I'm right ?

you can select product from the list and next step you can select from GO TO CART or CHECK OUT
