Admin, ajax.php Error

Hi,

My shop is built with Prestashop 1.5.6.2.

When I open any admin page, in the browser console I can see the following error :
POST ../adminxxx/ajax.php   500 (Internal Server Error)

Would you know how to solve this error ?

Please try repeating the step after enabling error debugging and post the issues shown here so that we can help you accordingly.

 

FYI, to enable error debugging you can follow the steps below.

 

- open file: config/defines.inc.php (using FTP or hosting control panel)

 

- change false-->true:

 

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false);



define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);
