Change Contact Form Subjects

Hey guys,

 

On my contact form page I have set up 3 contacts

 

1) Sales@

2) Support@

3) Webmaster@

 

Whenever someone sends a message to any of these emails I receive an email with the subject

 

Subject: [shop_name] : [shop_name]  from [email protected]

 

Does anyone know how to get rid of our shop name and just have the subject as whatever the contact name is?

 

So if they contact sales these have 

 

Subject: Sales message from [email protected]
