The requested URL was not found on this server

I am using ps 1.7

 

It was working well, I had to reinstall my server so I reinstalled everything and moved the backup to the server. Now I am able to see the frontend, but if I click on some menu I get the following error:

 

The requested URL /7- was not found on this server.

The requested URL /content/2-legal-notice was not found on this server.

 

I am not able to login to admin page. I tried to delete .htaccess file but it is not regenerating.

 

What could be the problem?
