Get Quote instead of Order Button?

I am starting an entertainment booking agency and want to list entertainers in a shopping cart. I want it to show pricing under X amount then where the buy now button it says, it says get a quote instead and it takes you to a form to contact us regarding that product.

 

So my question is below:

1) Can you show pricing as a range instead of a set price

2) Can you have a quote button tied to a contact form instead of a buy now button

2) : Definitely. Search the addons store. But beware, most are tied to the actual cart, so if the cart disappears so does the quote
