Copy tables with phpmyadmin

I want to copy my categories, products and all front page with my translation from my desktop installation to my web site. Which tables must transfer from one database to another ? PS_category product and theme ? Or and something else ?

To avoid a mess you should probably (after backing up everything, including db) install your theme into your live shop (maintenance mode) and then import products, categories, etc via csv.
