Help: Need help with webpack

_{Hello, I'm new with webpack and i need some help to install some packages like boostrap 4 owl carousel etc, but also some basic questions like do i need to include the _dev folder on the production server? How i can add all the js (prestashop's js, template' js and modules'js) into one js?}
