please help me with images path

Hi there
I'm having problems with product list. The images upload correctly from control panel to 'img/p' directory. But in tag doesn't publish the path correctly. How could I modify this path, I mean ?

After hours I know what I need to know
I need to set
var img_ps_dir and var img_prod_dir
for product.tpl

The question is
where should I set '{$img_prod_dir}' value?
