Onhover efect on my products list

I want to add onhover efect on my products list. I use default bootstrap theme...my products are on list and i need some kind indication. You can see it here: http://pantastic.bg/shop

 

I try this : ul.product_list .color-list-container ul li:hover
{
border 10px solid red;
}
But nothing happens...  Thank you

i dont see there any element with class: .color-list-container

so if there is no element, code will not work
