Customer Sign in problems

I have been having some issues occur with my website I have no idea how to fix.  The biggest one is that when a returning customer goes to the site, another customers name appears at the top of the screen where the sign in button is.  It doesn't allow the customer to sign in as themselves.  When they click the persons name it disappears and takes them to the sign in screen but that doesn't let them enter.  It goes to a 404 error and they get "This page is not available".

I've recently updated the store using the 1 click method, to version 1.6.1.12.  

 

And before anyone suggests it, I've cleared the cache, I had the store rebuild it's htaccess file.   I've played with different settings in Performance> with the ways it utilizes the caching... 

 

Can anybody recommend a way to fix this... I'm loosing customers over it.

I checked your eshop and saw the problem. Aren't you using some module for cache management?

 

Try to turn off all cache on your eshop.
