Loyalty module issue

Some customer just notified me that they can't convert points into a voucher code.
I just tryed with my account and I confirm this problem, when clicking on the button nothing happen.

I'm using PS1.6.1.10, multistore, ssl and php7

Maybe it could be an issue with SSL? Because i notice that the url of the button it's http instead of https.

The code that generate it is:

Any help?
