popup tab with options

Hi, it's complicated to do the same as they've done.
Make a popup tab with options to show price with or without VAT.

we want so the customer can change the displaying of price(Inclusive or exclusive vat), everyone will still pay with VAT.

 

I know you can create groups o change the store's default value. But I want the customer to choose to display price inc or exc VAT

Have been in contact with those who made the module but it was very expensive :-(

 

Or someone who has done something similar?
