Page Links not appearing at the bottom of page

Hi all

I have a strange issue and we believe it has something to do with a coding error on the server - can anyone help as no-one seems to know how best to fix this

This effects all categories that have more than one page of products on lostinsummer.com

Let me demonstrate the issue. If you go to the mens t-shirt page http://lostinsummer.com/en/12-mens-t-shirts - scroll to the bottom of the products and click next page. See screenshot tshirts-page1

When you get to page 2, please scroll to the bottom of the page - there are NO PAGE LINKS here. The page links are still at the top of the page but not at the bottom of any page, brand or category. Can you please see why? This is a serious problem, especially on mobile.

My web developer says that this is likely to be something in the code on the server and that the code on the server that talks to the db and does all the complicated stuff (generates much simpler code which is sent to the browser) is not communicating - so what I see in the browser is very different to the code I could see on the ftp on to the server - does this make sense?

Please let me know anyone can find a solution
