Bas_1981
Hi Guys, I have a problem with installing PrestaShop 1.7.1.1 First of all I started to build my new shop using PrestaShop 1.7.0.4 in January this year. I did a lot of modifications and a few weeks ago there was an update available (1.7.1.0). I tried to update it using the AutoUpdater in PrestaShop, but the update failed and I received a 500 error. Could'n reach the front- and backend anymore. Since then, I'm trying to install PrestaShop again, but every time I receive an error. I made a new database, deleted the complete domain in DirectAdmin and added it back again to be sure there is no data left. But every time it stops at the same moment. I also tried to install 1.7.1.0, but then I receive an error at the first step. Is there some one who have a suggestion to solve this problem? Bas_1981
Hi all, today I started the fight again Tried several times to install, but without any positive results, now it's even gives an error at the first step. On an other domain I made a new subdomain and tried to install. Now it's finaly working without any problem.... But there is still the problem that I can't install it on my original domain. Has anyone some suggestions what I can try to get it working back again on my original domain?
Bas_1981
Good evening, I'm still working on it to get it installed. It was not possible anymore to install it at a subdomain. Also unzipping the files didn't work anymore. I uploaded the zipfile and unzipped it in DirectAdmin, until then, whit out any problems. I activated the debug-mode in config/defines.inc.php Tried to install again and it stops at the same moment "installing modules". I can acces the backend, and at the frontend I receive this message: ContextErrorException in ImageRetriever.php line 174: Notice: Undefined offset: 0 Is there anyone who can help me with this problem? It seems to be a server-problem, because the installation worked 2 times with the same installationfiles. Hopefully there is someone who can advise me. Greetings from holland. jumbo
I'm having a similar problem, here's my thread: I still didn't figure out how to solve it. The error message isn't helpful in telling what the problem is. Otherwise solving it would have been easy.
