Changing product title for combined products

Hi there,

First of all thanks in advance for your help, it is really much appreciated.

I would like to know if it is possible to change the title of a product accordingly with what the customer selects on the combined option of the product.  

Let say we have a product: T-SHIRT SIZE S BLUE (actually this would be the title for the product) 

In the combined options of this product we let the customer choose the size and color.

We would like to change the title of the product if the customer chooses Size L Color Red to T-SHIRT SIZE L RED but instead of that it keeps showing the original title: T-SHIRT SIZE S BLUE

One option would be creating a neutral product (without color and size on the title) but we prefer provide the color and size on the title and make it change depending on the choice of the customer.

Any idea how to make the product title changed accordingly with the options the customer selects?
