SmartPlugs
Many things... As suggested by the message you should have a look in the php error log. This is the place where you will get more informations.
willzxxz
Do I find this in Advanced Parameters -> Logs ? If yes, I got this "Back office connection from 191.191.xx.xxx" If not, can you explain how I get there, mate?
SmartPlugs
I would rather have a look directly on the server files with ssh (but possible mainly on a dedicated hosting). Sometimes thoses files are available on some FTP directories. Otherwise you should ask your hosting provider (boring, i know)
