SOLVED Can not fill in the Name field on Carriers

Good morning,

I have an installation from the Webcompresa Pack 1.6.1.11 clean installation just starting to customize,

I was about to set up the first Carrier when I realized that it would not let me fill in the "Carrier Name" field, that is, I fill it in, then I give it to "Finish" and a popup pops up with the next message :

TECHNICAL ERROR:

Details:
Error thrown: [object Object]
Text status: parsererror

And only one button appears to press OK, I press OK and I continue in the page of creation of transportisa, as if it were not kept saved, but if I go back and I go out to the summary of transporters, it has created me but the Name field is empty.

I need help solving this problem, attached screenshots,

Before triggering the message, try opening the debug console (f12), tab to 'network' and make sure you only display xhr operations. Then trigger the message and see what the response of the last (broken) call is

Hi, thanks for your help NemoPS, I've contacted with my Hosting and they fixed this problem for me:

 

- They told me to uninstall module "Exploitation of data for statistics" which was overloading my database, they activated me PHP 5.6 and maximized the PHP resources and now it works perfectly.

 

I explain it for anyone whit the same problem,
