Some Customers can not log in when using Chrome

Hi

 

Some of my registered Customers can only log in after clearing their Google browsing data when logging in via Google Chrome. After entering their user and pass the screen just refresh and go back to the login page.

I've tried to recreate the problem myself but it does not happen every time. This only happens in chrome and not the other browsers.

 

I'm using Presta 1.6.1.5

I am sure that i have hear such problem before and i think its related to cookie stores in user browser once user clear the cookie it started to work so possible solution is that you ask every user clear your site cookies from their browser which is very impractical.You ll need to find out the way to update your site cookie on user browser when they try to login and set new one.

@MarlboroMan - I have the same problem and I'm only doing test accounts for now.
