How to avoid the "Hack Attempt" thing?

I was login my test customer account, but suddenly, the site becomes "Hack Attemt"

1) What causes this ?

2) How to avoid this situation? I search the forum, it says default language problem. But the site was running OK and I was not doing any language setup.

3) Anyway I can change the sensense - "Hack Attempt" ? Becuase it sounds very intimidating.

I just found out what caused the "Hack Attempt".

I created a customer account and then login and then tried to delete an address.

After click the "Delete address", the page retuens Welcome, (this person's name), .....Hack Attempt.

I think this is a bug.

Actually the default address created when creating an account should not have the function of "Delete".

I can't login to my administrator backoffice, the page always shows :

FF : "Hack attempt"

IE : looping back to login form

Op : looping back to login form

Hi everybody!

codingcoding: I just tried (on the showcase) and I worked perfectly.
I created an account, then was redirected to the "my account" page (so logued) and deleted my address.
No "Hack attempt".

Could you try again please?

i had this problems after updated with the latest version in SVN.....then the address are not shown properly.....

please see the attachment picture.....may i know what files is that behind this ? maybe i can try to replace with older version file....

plz help me.....thanks
