Problems with the combinations of products

Hello, first of all give my greetings to the entire community of this very interesting forum.
Well, this is my first post and so I hope to publish correctly.
Now, I mention my problem. When you are adding a product with various combinations in more than one attribute group and you are on the product page shows you the possible combinations of each group but says Availability: The product does not exist in this model. Please choose another. And this causes the price does not update or display the option to put in the basket. No, I looked around and no way to work. If only I put a group of combinations, everything works perfectly, but if you put two or more groups are annoying attributes.
Well, not if you pass, but if someone knows why this happens would be grateful if you tell me how to fix.

Use the combinations generator to create all the attributes (it's at the top of the combinations tab in the product editor page)

Hello there,
i have a problem with my website. If the customer want to select combinations of product, does not happen. The system put the default product to the cart anyway.

Please try here:

select the category for example "PROTEINY" and view "ZOBRAZIT" the first product.
Pick some "VAHA" or "PRICHUT" and put to the cart.

Any ideas what can be wrong ???

You have javascript errors related to jQuery, I believe that's the reason attributes are not added correctly.

Hi Lamerko

First I would recommend you upgrade from 1.3 to the new version - there's a 1.4.3 now and it may solve some of your issues.

In the meantime, I'm going to try to replicate the problem you're having and see if I see what you see. I'll keep any eye on your post just in case someone finds the solution.

so i need to definately upgrade the version ? if i will uprage, everything (products,modules, settings...) will stay as now ? or i need to do it again ???

Hi

I would say it is very probably an upgrade would sort out your problems as some of the base configuration files will be replaced and updated for the upgrade. And no you won't lose everything you've changed or added in your shop so long as you follow the upgrade instructions.

The other option is to find someone who can help you with jquery files as Tomerg suggested - I've more the front end user knowledge but am learning on the programming!

You can find the upgrade and the upgrade documentation/instructions on the Prestashop web site. I upgraded just recently, followed the instructions and didn't lose anything. There are quite a lot more features in the latest version compared to the one you have too.

i tried to update the version, but nothing change...
any ideas how can i fix the problem with java ? c´mon guys...i can not select combinations of product or click on "more information" and see the animation to get the product description.
