Create a new form, copy of contact-form

Hi everyone,

I would like to duplicate the native contact-form in order to create new form for specific use.

I tried to copy all contact-form files and modify the name (and the name of the tpl called etc. inside) but it doesn't work.
When I searched I saw that people talked about a contact-form.php but I can't find it, even in a fresh install of prestashop (1.6.1.5).

 

Can someone confirm that contact-form.php doesn't exist in 1.6.1.5 ?
