PROBLEM (Path error)

I've installed Prestashop, except mistakenly changed the PS Directory under Admin>Preferences

The problem with this, is when I try to change it back, it tries to save the settings through the old directory (which doesn't exist,) so it doesn't save the settings

This is making my entire shop look wierd (http://secondchance.freeoda.com/prestashop)

Is there a way I can go into a certain file or database to change this manually?

Yes in settings.inc.php
for example if you installed in prestashop directory, change line to

define('__PS_BASE_URI__', '/prestashop/');

It won't let me edit the file settings.inc.php

It won't let me upload/reupload it

Any idea why?

Check folder write permissions.
Also try in CPanel option to Fix file ownership.
