Sharing new products between multistore

Hello, 

I don't know how to share products in stores (multistore). 

 

My first shop is the main. My second shop is the same but in different language on different domain with some other little modifications. When I created second shop I duplicated/shared products - and when I edited products (in second store) I switched language and write description in "new" language. 

But now I created about 200 new products in first (main) shop. How can I share them with pictures, sizes, etc. to second shop?

 

Does exist some way?

Same question also from my side. I am not sure that this is possible
