Selling Items with multiplicity restriction

There are a few items that I want to sell only by multiplicity.

For example, I set a price for a single shoe but I want to sell it only in a set of 2.

 

Is there a way to achieve this?

That's not what I want to do. If the minimum quantity is 2, costumer may buy 3 items or any without restriction. I want to sell in multiple quantity.
