1.7.1.0 Product sorting not working proplerly anymore (Decending only)

After update to 1.7.1.0 the product sorting does not work properly. I also checked the demo site of prestashop and it shows the same problem.

First time you click -for example- on ID, it sorts from high numbers to low.
When you click again (it should go from low to high) the sorting remains the same.

Only when you click on a different column it changes 1 time, but Descending Order

Same problem here. A fix would be welcome!
