shipping based on minimum amount

In my store i have 3 carriers.

1, Sent with business mail Price 476 Skr / ink tax
2, Sent by cash on delivery Price 160 Skr / ink tax
3, Sent as letter Price 48 Skr / ink tax

And it based on weight.

Now to the problem.
Is there a way to make everything under 500 goes like letter
And 500 and up goes like business or cod.
