Failure to see Modules and Services

I am experiencing a peculiar problem: when in dashboard, if I choose to see installed Modules and Services, I get the following message:

 

[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :/home/viviansg/public_html/shop/classes/db/DbPDO.php:
Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 85 bytes)

 

Web server's support supposes that this can occur from php version or prestashop problem.

 

What can I do?

WEll, that is a server issue. Maybe a new module is eating all the memory. You can try to remove the last modules installed from ftp, or increase the memory in your host
