How to set up default shipping method for not-registered clients

Hello,

 

I'm using Prestashop 1.6.1.12 and I have a problem with setting up default shipping method for guests. I back office I've set up default shipping carrier in Shipping -> Preferences.

 

It shows up correctly in checkout summary page, when client is registered and logged in.

 

But when I want to make an order as guest, I add product to the basket, click "checkout" and on sumary page I see most expensive delivery option (out of country). How to set up default shipping also for guests?

 

When I completely disable this "most expensive" carrier in Shipping->carriers, then on order summary page I don't see shipping price at all.
