Adding an additional option to purchase for Groups

I'm wondering what code I would have to alter to make an option available to members of a specific group where they can choose to pay for a something that would only be available to the chosen group. I'm also wondering how I can make it so the code generated for the order has something to discern it has selected the option, or come from a specific group.

 

Basically, we create Canvas prints for customers and I'm wanting to add the ability for our partners to select adding a sticker of their branding to their packaging on their order. I'm wanting to then be able to communicate this selection to the team processing the orders.

You can add options to a specific customer group.
